Pronto Insurance may meet the state law requiring insurance but there insurance cards have a list of excluded drivers. (I am sure this is only one of there tricks.) So when one of these excluded drivers has an accident in your vehicle Pronto refuses to pay the claim because it was an excluded driver.

They collect premiums but refuse to pay the damaged party. That throws all the cases into the courts and no one wins except the lawyers. The saying "Sue a begger, get a louse." comes to mind.

The damaged party has to use his own insurance to fix his car and then his insurance goes up. With this scenario only the insurance companies win because they collect higher premiums for years after that.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Location: San Antonio, Texas

plain and simple, they charge less than other companies because they exclude people on the policy. If you go in to an office and tell them that its just you driving that means less risk.

If you lend your car out to the world then that means more risk and higher premiums.

So , if you pay more that what you are paying now you will be covered. Or add those persons to the policy, pay what its asked, and you wont have a problem.
