Pronto Insurance - Worst expirence everr!!!

My car got flooded during harvey,they came and totaled my car, still havent heard from them im still paying my car every month ,its been almost 3months now , no one answers ive tried calling my adjuster it just goes to voicemail, dont know what to do next maybe calling a lawyer would be the next step
