Pronto Insurance Sucks

My vehicle got hit last year by an uninsured motorist. So I called and reported it to Pronto claims department and was told to pay the $500 deductible and I would get my money back in 6-8 months. Well it's been a year and I still haven't received anything. I've emailed and called and to no avail I haven't been helped. Its sad how they lie.

Pronto Insurance - In my opinion the claim service is awful.

I had a claim in for about two months. No one answered the phone. When someone did answer you get the same old story"some one will get back with you" knowing that it's a lie. This is the worst company I have ever delt with. My eighteen wheel was damaged. I told them this my job that takes care of my family. Two months later nothing. In my opinion this is the worst company i've ran into.I feel sorry for the people that have you for their insu rance.
