Auto pay is a pain in the A..

They tell you your payment will be pulled out of your account on a certain day and they never do. It screws up my bill payments then they want to charge you a cancellation fee when it was their fault for not pulling the funds on the day they say they will.

What is auto pay for? And if you pay them direct or through the website yourself they want to over charge you for not hacking auto pay. Thats ridiculous. Then customer service gives you the run around as to why its not taking it when it should lies and more lies.

I am definitely looking for another insurance company. I do not recommend pronto at all

Im so pissed that every month I have problems paying my bill and then pronto wants to charge me for a cancelled policy. Its canceled due to your auto pay not working properly. When I call, I can never speak to a real person. Im having to go through this type of crap of typing what Im upset about what my problem is and get no where!!! This is ridiculous

Need to cancel and get my money back

My friend put insurance on my car after I had just ordered online I thought she wasnt going to put it come to find out two days later she did. How can pronto not no if I had insurance? Why wouldnt it show my car had insurance instead of two people paying for the same car charged twice shouldnt there be a better way of avoiding double paying please get back to me

Not given the correct information and waiting for the claim department to advise what company they are using. Disgusting Customer Service

I've been waiting for two due to review. Thier primary statement was, you purchased insurance 2 days ago. I ran into a deer. I promise I didn't arrange a meeting with the deer. Long story short. I was unable to reach adjuster. I got her supervisor's name. I was just told payment was mailed out day before. The adjuster wad out of course but someone else told me. I stated what I had received no word. *** CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I was involved in an accident with an insured for your company Oct 6, police reported submitted Adjuster James Gallen decided the total loss, my rep. is Jonathan Baucham, is the person I am dealing with, Back and forth very DISRESPECTFUL, hangs phone up on me because he thinks I am 20 and inexperience, I however December 4, spoke to him me gain and he refer me to Jose Gallon who said he spoke to my Lean Holder, and he will only pay the lean holder, I was informed that I can retain the vehicle from Jonathan Bauchan, but I had to pay out of pocket for towing and the body shop, before I get the vehicle, they are saying they have to retain the vehicle before they pay the lean company, not me, still awaiting the check to fix my vehicle.

Horrible customer service and even poorer website operatioin

Called 4 times to make a payment. All 4 times, my call was dumped after waiting and when I finally became the first caller in line, it dumped my call!

I then, contacted the online chat. The person on the other end asked for my policy number and I immediately sent it. Crickets. She never came back on the chat and it eventually timed out.

The website has never functioned properly to make payments online, which they heavily encourage. This time was no different.

On the 5th attempt to get in the call tree, someone finally picked up and I was able to make my payment. However, when i told her what happened, she offered no apology or anything. She just said," Is there anything else I can help you with?

That's it.

She seemed annoyed with me even suggesting I was upset and her heavy sighs told me all I needed to know. Think I'm going to cancel my policy and find another company that wants my money and wants me as a customer.

Now, if I can get back in the call tree. I wonder how many attempts it will take this time, to cancel?

Id research for a better company.

I had them for 13 years because they were the cheapest.I finally got fed up and found a way better company.Pronto would randomly increase my rate .I was NEVER honored with a multi car discount, multi driver discount or loyalty customer discount.I referred several ppl to them and never got any discount or anything for that.What really pushed me to leave this awful company was the constant harassing phone calls and emails and text messages about my payment.I would get told my ins lapsed on the 1st when my payments werent due until the 4th.This company is just horrible.

This INSURANCE IS PRONTO POOP!!!! Pronto COMPANY allow customers to be Created...SCAMMERS....Do not trust them!The Worst company to ever! Personal Injury Department do not have any morals!! They are unethical.LIARS... They Consistently find creative ways to not pay medical claims, or they find loop holes within the law to only meet the min benefit Amount of $2500. Horrible manager allow agents to Promote difficult filing strategies in order to detour customers from ever filing a Claim. They do not answer the phone, return phone calls or send explanations about bills being paid to doctors. I had to harass them daily for claim agent to return my calls. Tell you they never received your signed paperwork!

Rick Garcia ran my license and accepted me. Two days later they send paperwork over for me to sign " saying they forgot to have me sign these" the next day a bill came for the next month. I call and ask why they are sending me a bill already and they say they dropped my insurance for an undisclosed accodent, and would i like them to forward me somewhere else. Their employees are ill qualified to their insurance policies, and its obvious they have no concern for peoples time as it took two hours to set up policy.Go somewhere else. You can see they have 200 and some odd number of complaints with nothing resolved.

Same, they’ve done this to me twice that I forgot to sign paperwork.. which is bs. Then I went in signed it and they still canceled my policy after I had paid it, and wanted to me to pay again to get my policy back
